Established in 1994, Explicit Finance Ltd. (formerly known as Shubhyog Finlease Ltd.) has been at the forefront of providing accessible and responsible financial services to individuals and businesses across India.

We successfully completed our maiden public offering in 1995 and have since been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Our original net worth of approximately ₹8.8 Crore has grown substantially through disciplined financial management and genuine customer care.
